-Sweeter by the Batch is a certified in-home bakery located in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Do you make allergen-free cookies?

-We currently do not offer special dietary cookies. Our recipe does not contain any nuts; however, we do not bake in a nut free environment.

What type of cookies do you make?

-Our custom sugar cookies are a true vanilla sugar cookie decorated with royal icing.

-Our chocolate chip cookie pie is 9 inches and can serve up to 8 people. The pie can be decorated with royal icing or for an additional cost you can add our custom sugar cookies to make your next life’s moment a little bit sweeter!

How much do your cookies cost?

- Our regular size cookies start at $3.00/cookie. Logo cookies start at $4.00/cookie and can increase due to the complexity of the design.

-Our chocolate chip cookie pies start at $25.00/pie and can increase due to the complexity of the design.

-Our homemade chocolate chip cookies are priced at $18.00/dozen.

How many designs do you do per dozen?

-We limit the designs to 3-4 per order.

Do you requirement a minimum order amount?

-For our regular sized custom sugar cookies cookies, we have a minimum requirement of one dozen per order.

How are your cookies packaged?

-Our cookies come boxed or individually heat sealed.

Do you ship?

-We do ship our cookies. The cost for packaging/shipping is determined by the amount of cookies that are ordered. Once the cookies ship, we are not responsible for lost or damaged cookies.

How long will my cookies stay fresh?

Cookies that are heat sealed can stay fresh for up to at least 2-3 weeks.

How much notice should I give you for my order?

We require at least a two week notice for orders.

I’m not using my cookies right away, how do I store them?

Cookies can be placed in the freezer in order to maintain freshness. When freezing cookies, place the cookies in an airtight container. When ready to serve, let cookies come to room temperature in the original container.

CANCELATIONS

Cookie orders must be canceled more than one week prior to your pick-up date.
